Season: December to March

The Spanish black winter truffle is highly regarded in professional kitchens across the globe. They grow amongst the roots of oak, hazelnut and chestnut trees. They are usually harvested from late autumn until early spring.

Our insulated packaging guarantees the preservation of the truffles through their entire trip. We recommend consuming truffles as soon as you can, after receiving them. However, if you buy more truffles than you can actually use, you can store the remainder (in a breathable plastic container) in your fridge, for up to 2 weeks. They will also keep for up to 6 months when frozen, if required.

The price of truffles varies depending on supply and demand. If you need truffles to be shipped immediately, please inform us when placing your order. Orders for fresh truffles placed with a requested future delivery date will be charged on the current price for the week the truffles are shipped.

We guarantee maximum quality and freshness at the best price.
